If Florida Power & Light, Peace River Electric Cooperative, or Lee County Electric Cooperative keep sending you bills that make your eyes bug out, check for the following causes:

Our technicians will clean your washable filter or set you up on a filter delivery system that you pay for and get filters shipped to your home. 

 

Dirty filters restrict air flow to your air handling unit which causes unnecessary stress on the blower components and does not allow for designed air flow across the coil resulting in inefficiency and higher energy bills. So we highly recommend replacing your filters regularly because it's one of the easiest (and least costly) ways to prolong the life of your heating & cooling system.

UNITED MECHANICAL PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

What's included?

  • Check motor amps, heater operation, operating controls, refrigerant levels, temperature differential, condenser coil, condensate lines, and pans (and clear if needed).

  • Surface sanitization of evaporator coil.

  • Add algicide tabs to drain pan to prevent microbe growth.

  • Clear or replace air filters, provided by the homeowner.

  • Provide system evaluation form.
