Air Conditioning Service
Is your LCEC, PRECO, or FPL bill unusually high? Do you suspect your AC system is the culprit? Do you need air conditioning service in Southwest Florida?
If Florida Power & Light, Peace River Electric Cooperative, or Lee County Electric Cooperative keep sending you bills that make your eyes bug out, check for the following causes:
-
The temperature outside is getting hotter which causes your AC to run more. Therefore your energy bills are higher. Obviously this is normal and to be expected.
-
Do you have a pool? Check your pool pump and filter for malfunctions.
-
Large appliances like refrigerators, dryers, and stoves draw a lot of electricity. Are any of them malfunctioning?
-
Your central air conditioning system. Is it 7 years old or older? Has it been maintained well? Is it malfunctioning?
Since we live in Southwest Florida and our air conditioners run quite frequently, your AC system may very well be the reason why your energy bills are so high.
Much like your car, your air conditioner needs check-ups to run at maximum efficiency. Without these check ups, your A/C system won't perform well and you'll be scratching your head as to why your electric bills are so high.

-
Fort Myers - Cape Coral metro area
-
Bonita Springs - Naples metro area
-
Sarasota - Bradenton metro area
-
Punta Gorda - Port Charlotte metro area
Air conditioning service can help you avoid costly replacements, lower your energy bills, and extend the life of your A/C . Our maintenance agreements are only $180 which includes two system check-ups scheduled 6 months apart.
Our technicians will clean your washable filter or set you up on a filter delivery system that you pay for and get filters shipped to your home.
Dirty filters restrict air flow to your air handling unit which causes unnecessary stress on the blower components and does not allow for designed air flow across the coil resulting in inefficiency and higher energy bills. So we highly recommend replacing your filters regularly because it's one of the easiest (and least costly) ways to prolong the life of your heating & cooling system.
